 Ingredients:

  • 2 plate of wet egg noodles
  • Quail eggs to taste, boiled, fried and set aside
  • Shrimp sufficiently peeled, split the back
  • Meatballs to taste
  • Chicken according to taste
  • 2 Arrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 Stalk caisim sliced
  • 20 Sliced ​​green beans
  • Sweet and salty soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and ground pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Boiled water if necessary


Ground spices:

  • 8 red onions
  • 10 cloves of garlic

  • Fried onions


How to make:

  1. In a bowl, stir the noodles with enough soy sauce, set aside.
  2. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.
  3. Enter the sliced ​​​​chicken, stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked.
  4. Continue to add the shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color, add the meatballs and carrots, stir, then add the caisim and chickpeas.
  5. Add salt, sugar, ground pepper, if it's too dry, you can add boiled water.
  6. Enter the noodles, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, stir until smooth, taste test, lift.
  7. Ready to serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
