Quail Egg Fried Noodles from the wok, gebratene Nudeln wie das Essen der Menschen, das wir überall und jederzeit essen können. Angefangen von Luxusrestaurants in Fünf-Sterne-Hotels bis hin zu Verkaufsständen am Straßenrand ist gebratene Nudeln auch außerhalb Indonesiens sehr bekannt geworden.
Ingredients:
- 2 plate of wet egg noodles
- Quail eggs to taste, boiled, fried and set aside
- Shrimp sufficiently peeled, split the back

- Chicken according to taste

- 20 Sliced green beans

How to make:
- In a bowl, stir the noodles with enough soy sauce, set aside.
- Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.
- Enter the sliced chicken, stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked.
- Continue to add the shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color, add the meatballs and carrots, stir, then add the caisim and chickpeas.
- Add salt, sugar, ground pepper, if it's too dry, you can add boiled water.
- Enter the noodles, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, stir until smooth, taste test, lift.
- Ready to serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
